The Trail's End Consumer Internet Ordering Program

This program is designed to provide your unit with additional profit from Popcorn Sales throughout the year. Your consumers can log on to www.OrderPopcorn.com and purchase popcorn with a credit card. The product is shipped directly from Trail's End to the consumer and your unit and Scouts receive credit for the Sale.

To enter the site and view the products, use your unit's Order Key Number, a Scout's Order Key Number, or the council Order Key Numbers which is TE3B96.

The Knox Trail Council will distribute 30% commission to units on all sales generated from the Consumer Internet Ordering Program on a quarterly basis.

Consumer Internet sales on www.OrderPopcorn.com do not count towards the Prize Program.

As a participating unit in the Internet Ordering Program you now have the ability to:

• Print Internet Order cards for your Unit.

• Print Internet Order cards for your Scouts. Each Scout has his own unique Order Key (e.g. TE3B96).

• Have your Scouts and parents print their own order key cards online.

• Review Internet sales online by time period, sales amount, earnings, and customer.

• Have your Scouts and parents review Internet sales online.

Your unit and Scouts get credit when customers purchase online at www.OrderPopcorn.com.
Consumer Internet sales on www.OrderPopcorn.com do not count towards the Prize Program.

Setting Up Order Numbers

While the following information and instructions will be on the Trails-End website, here are the directions to set up the individual ID numbers for your Scouts (Order Key Cards).  This is how consumer internet sales are credited to individual scouts and units!  You can also print up individual order cards with each Scout's Order Key number right on the form!

1. Go to www.trails-end.com
2. Click on "Leaders" and then "Popcorn System".
3. Enter your "Username" and "Password" that you received from the council.
4. Click on "scouts" tab to set up the scouts in your unit. Scout's last names are not used in order to protect their privacy.
5. System will provide each scout with a "Log-in Name", "Password", and unique ID number for the consumer to re-order program, example TE1234.
6. For leaders who wish just to have one ID number for a den, the word "Den" followed by the den number may be entered instead of a Scout's name.

Order Key Cards
Scouts present these cards to customers as products are delivered (or attach them to the boxes and cans) and email them to friends and family.

Your unit and scouts get credit when customers purchase online at www.OrderPopcorn.com.

Printing Order Key Cards for Units and Scouts
Use this to give cards to people who want to order popcorn online and ensure that your Unit or an individual Scout gets credit. You will need to set up the individual accounts for each of your Scouts first to get their Key Order numbers.

1. Log into the Popcorn Sales System at www.trails-end.com
2. Click on the "Leaders" tab and then "Popcorn System".
3. On the "Reports" tab, click "Consumer Order Cards".
4. Select whether you want Scout or Unit order cards and the desired type of output format (HTML or PDF).
5. If needed, type the number of cards you want to print
6. Click the "Generate Report" button.

You can also give your Scouts the option of printing out their own cards.
From the "Leaders" section of the Trails End site, click on "Scouts" tab and the then the "Edit" button. From here, you can gather the Username and Password for each of your Scouts.

1. Give each Scouts their individual Username and Password.
2. They can go to www.trails-end.com and click on "Scouts" and "Online Orders"
3. After entering their Username and Password, they will be taken to new screen.
4. Click on "Printing".
5. Scouts can then print personalized cards with their Order Key number or to see who has ordered from them online.
